The Truth about Buy To Let Mortgage Products
What is a buy to let mortgage (BTL)? Here in the states we refer to it as a mortgage that is used to flip houses. A BTL mortgage is a UK term for a mortgage product that many investors use over there to help themselves make profit on real estate. The basic concept is that a person in the UK buys a property that they are going to fix up and then let to tenants to rent. The biggest reason why these are so popular in the UK is because buy to let mortgages come with a huge tax advantage and tax break. The investor can count the rent as salary and deduct the mortgage payment and anything else they have to do on the property to fix it up to make it livable for tenants.
The US does not call them buy to let mortgages but simple use a special kind of conventional mortgage called a non owner occupied investor mortgage product. These mortgages used to be very popular, but were some of the first mortgage products to dissapear when the financial meltdown happened. They are making a comeback however and more investors are jumping back on the band wagon and using these products to buy properties to improve their portfolia and widen their streams of income. BTL mortgages are also coming back in the UK and many people are once again taking advantage of them. These mortgages are requiring les down payment amounts which is making many investors happy and excited to use a mortgage product like this again.

If she didn't get involved with the wrestling side of TNA then there would be no Hulk Hogan, Eric Bischoff, The Nasty Boys, Orlando Jordan, Scott Hall, 6-pac, BTLS, Sean Morley, Ric Flair and the 4 side ring and if Jeff Jarrett was in charge Alissa Flash would be in TNA and many great female wrestlers because he is passionate about women's wrestling and he would never sign Kristal Marshall, Candice Michelle, Lacey Von Erich, Ashley Massaro and the beautiful people wouldn't get pushed and one of them would leave tna and that would be good thing.
